General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the heibaj platform and all services operated under it. This document serves as a legal agreement between heibaj ("we", "us", "platform") and the user of the platform ("you", "member").

• Registering with false or misleading information will result in the account being closed.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

heibaj may request documents for identity verification at any time, particularly before withdrawals. Required documents may include:

• Scanned copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., bKash/Nagad account screenshot)

If identity verification is not completed within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

3.3 Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on heibaj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. The contribution of certain games toward wagering calculations may vary.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specific validity period.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once the validity period expires.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• heibaj reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if promotional benefits are misused.

5.4 Cashback and VIP Benefits

heibaj's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. VIP tier upgrades are determined based on gaming activity.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Betting Limits
